A message dated May 16, 2002, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
CSHB 397(STA) with the following amendment and it is transmitted                                    
for consideration:                                                                                  
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 397(TRA)                                                    
    "An Act exempting a person driving certain motor vehicles,                                      
    aircraft, or watercraft from driver licensing requirements; and                                 
    providing for an effective date."
